Had a good stay on vacation, everything was very clean. We had the double room which was cosy and bright with jacuzzi.
It's stylish place to stay 2 km away from antique cable cars.
it was spotlessly clean, stuff was pleasant. the continental breakfast we were provided was light.

A beautiful old hotel, my first choice in San Francisco. I thoroughly enjoyed the place, its lovely location and staff. Everything was nice as expected, but the bathroom was dirty.
Strategic location and lovely views.
The staff was courteous, the rooms were brand-new. Overall clean and good old hotel in a magnificent location near shops etc. I loved nearby The Cheesecake Factory, they make nice coffee. The continental and adequate breakfast was fresh.

Decent value for money and a very very good experience. Decent location, interesting design, gorgeous staff. Truly enjoyed San Francisco, the hotel was good comfy! The suite we were provided was delightful. The atmosphere created here was relaxing. The service was friendly too.
This charming hotel was decent value for money as contrasted with other options. Attentive staff and delicious food. 25 km to the airport. Comfy bed, reasonably large bathroom and coffee and climate control in the room. The gardens were small here...
The location was bad.
We enjoyed lobby, it was nice. Staff were really friendly. You can reach Powell Street subway station, it's at a short distance from the hotel.
An easy walk to the restaurant Bite. Design of the hotel was amazing. North beach was located in the near vicinity. Downtown San Francisco district was worth visiting❤
All in all a wonderful experience. Golden coffee shop was 10 mins walk away...

Quiet little place with welcoming staff and great wi-fi. Cool setting in the nice area, very close to the hill, union square and downtown. Large room, brand new bathroom.
